We are pleased to announce that our sister company, Vaikoon AG, has acquired AI Router Switzerland, bringing an established Swiss AI platform and its technology into the wider Vaikoon Group.
AI Router makes access to AI simple and predictable. Through flat-rate subscriptions and a single, OpenAI-compatible API, users can access multiple leading AI models without per-token charging. Hosted in Switzerland with no prompt logging, it combines model choice, privacy and predictable costs in one straightforward service.
The acquisition also provides the foundation for something new.

As AI becomes embedded in real business processes, the enterprise challenge changes. Usage will grow rapidly, and no single model will be right for every task. Importantly, the technology behind Aithene is proven, not conceptual. The Aithene Intelligence Layer has already been operating continuously in production behind AI Router for more than six months, supporting paying customers.
